Well .................................... yes and no.

No, not in the formula for cooking, but yes in that many times the 'cook' will drink beer to keep his/her throat 'clear' (their excuse not mine, lol).

I have heard this from those 'cooks' I have met that are now in recovery.

Like with fine dining...do they use it to cleanse their palate between the Draino and the Battery Acid courses?
Apparently with the 'fumes' etc from the cooking process their mouths get very dry, lol At least that was the way it has been explained to me by those in recovery now. ................... along with some real 'horror' stories.

I cannot help but wonder if 'Meth Addicts' knew what was really used to make Meth whether they would have a 'light bulb moment' of "OMG what am I putting in my body?" kind of thing ................. probably not.

Love and hugs,

No. It's not an ingredient, terees.

I've heard the same thing as Laurie about the cooks - and of course meth users habitually have dry mouths anyway...so the two probably are intertwined a little in that way...

and the dry mouths account for part of "meth mouth".
no saliva to take care of bacteria, so the teeth rot.
bad, bad stuff.
