Well, for those of you who don't know me, I lived with an addict for 1 1/2 years. For those of you who do remember me, I have been addict free now for over a year. I think my HP had a grand plan for me going through what I did. I now know what it is to live with grace and realize that I DO deserve a good life. I met a wonderful man the past year who is substance and alcohol free, loves his HP as I do and is a wonderful partner and father. We have plans to marry in the spring and I have never been happier!! So, a message to all of you who are going through a hard time right now: Never give up hope! You may have to give up the addict, but never hope. Good things DO happen to good people afterall.
