I know, I get it, I am done. Sorry AH just keeps on and on. He will NOT sign the divorce papers, sitting at the lawyers office. One of many them helped him in the past.not another penney from me.I would leave but I KNOW would be nothing left when I GOT BACk this state has prehistorid laws and there is no eay to get around them. I am tired and God knows with my recent trips to the hosp; almost gave up all my life, I don't know how to ad=ct. BS and more BS, I simplu do give a fat rat's ass. The legal system in this state has major flaw. In spite of his BS, with my health on a teeter-toter, he will be the loserl

Moms, sending big hugs because you sound like you can use them.

Maybe take some time to find a solution that works for you...and never mind what works for him. Your health depends on you taking very good care of yourself...and you don't need his approval to do that.

I am very familiar with an unfair legal system - Louisiana is not so great with that either -
Somehow, someway - by the Grace of the God of my understanding I got thru it my friend - I pray that some day soon your sun will shine on you & you will be thru yours also.

It is something you deserve and have worked hard for - please please don't let this nasty disease win NOW!!

Give yourself the SELF-Care you deserve, the dignity, respect and honor - even if you can't get it anywhere else!!!

hugs momsrainbow!! I feel your pain,going through the same thing,divorce process. its very stressful and just adds more on us with after all we went through to begin with.
there are days I too want to give up, throw in the towel..enough already..
and Im also going through health issues too..dr.appt's and scans this month
and court appearance as well, just doesnt seem fair sometimes does it? nor does the legal system seem fair either.
I lose strength some days...but somehow someway we have to continue!! good things come to those who wait right??
like others have said,we have to win and keep fighting..

Tam, I hope you health improves. Yes, I believe good things will eventually come.

Patience is what it takes, I think. Have an early appt. with the cardiologist in the am for more tests.

Sooner or later he WILL sign the papers, I have to believe this. But for now, just my dogs, birds and me, and one way or the other we will make it.

Hugs. I too know how difficult it is. Mine would never sign either fortunately my injunction for protection gives me all I really want and expect, except peace of mind. I usually have peace of mind but theres day I sit there waiting to see if tonites the night to call the police, scared to act free and just walk to the car, take garbage out or send kids out
