Managing my OWN addictions
Day two of quitting smoking!!! I have attempted several times in the past few years, but always go back to it when under stress. I have no stress right now and feel a strong desire to quit again. I really hate smoking, but use it as a crutch when bored, stressed etc. I also wnat to eat better and get my but off the couch.....well one thing at a time right : )
