i have been here...the days of not hearing or knowing..but worst of all the nights. I guess you will just have to get there by yourself steve. I don't think your scary or crazy. I too have been consumed by thoughts of horrible things. Just take it day by day and as you said, try to fill it with healthy things. Just keep on keepin on i promise it will get easier.

Sure they may think about us, think about what we have they can get, if we don't have anything we are of know use to them. Their days consist of getting high and ways of getting money or valueables to get high. How they can get to point A and B if they don't have a car, or stealing gas and plates if they do have a car. Their days and nights are very full...if you are thinking that they sit there and think about us, moarn for us, miss us or hurt for us..stop right there! We are of no use to them Steve, not even an inch of us.
