Sorry, I did not realize he was not abusing a substance but needed help for mental issues. In our area, there are several crisis and referral hotlines that can help get you pointed in the right direction. The county board of health, local hospital, and/or police can often get you the info for the right places to call. Many places have a sliding fee scale and will treat a person for free if they don't have any money. Is there any kind of Free Clinic near you? Hopefully, your son will choose to get help and you will know where he can go when that time comes. In the meantime, you need to take care of yourself.
