WOW Chino, This is excellent news. Things do change fast, don't they? What a difference a day makes. Sometimes during a crisis, it's good to wait a couple of days and see how things play out. I know when threats against human life are being made, it is grounds for acting quickly. So, I totally understood the urgency and worry. Your a good sister.

All of our prayers for your sister are being answered. I'm so happy that she reached out for the help that she so desperately needs. Prayers are so much more powerful than we realize sometimes. We will keep praying for your family. GOD BLESS YOU

I called my therapist after getting off the phone with my mom, rescheduled for the first available appointment

I had to maintain and protect my boundaries, and didn't rise to the bait. But I was thinking it and had to shake it off really fast. My first instinct is always to fight and I have to look at this as a light workout.
