thank you. nights can be hard for me. i am a bit of an insomniac lately.
i've also been unable to sleep in the dark.
so, the light on doesn't help but i am afraid to turn it off

Nothing wrong with that -
I sleep in the daytime (work all night )
and I leave the radio on to drown out the outside world....
but I've a little nightlight as well
and have no shame in using it if I need to!
and I'll be around as well - I'll check back with you
and you can feel free to PM me -
since I'm at work - sometimes I have to go abruptly -
don't take that personally -
i'll be back as coon as I can...
