His eyes
 

In pictures son has brought home from visits with him, AH's pupils have been looking very dialated and extremely wide. His addiction is usually vicodin/oxycotin, zanax etc...which make pupils very small. Why would his eyes look so dialated? He almost looks psychotic.

crack makes your eyes really big. that is the drug my son was using. others will b along with more answers.

Xanax does cause dilation. The opiates cause constriction, but xanaxs dilates.

I believe ecstacy and coke make them big too

I used to do E and Coke, and they make your pupils look HUGE.
