Rehabs for kids slightly over their teens

Someone on here awhile ago mentioned a place that takes kids who are under 21 for free, more of a like a longer term place I believe.
I'm not talking about the Salvation Army but a different place, I remember looking at it and it looked really good but I forgot to book mark it.

I was just hoping to find that place again for a friend who needs it.

Thanks!

Is it Teen Challenge? Not sure, and I don't think it's the same program as Salvation Army - but could be wrong on that. Anyway, from what I've heard, Teen Challenge is pretty strict, free, a year long, takes adults, and is religion based. They have one in Bakersfield, I believe, if you're looking for Ca.

Teen Challenge is free and has more than one long term place in Ca. They may start you out in Barkersfield but then you can be moved someplace else. They have a nice center just outside of Ojai that I know of. The religious part isnt that fundamental - I have friends that went thru the program and they didnt turn out to be religious zombies or anyting. And actually you can be any age to go to Teen Challenge.

Hmmm, Bakersfield or Ojai....hmmm. LOL. The strict part I meant was they do not allow smoking. For one addict I knew, that was too much to ask!
