forwarded bills, now cant keep up on them
 

So the new thing is he forwarded his mail and some of the house bills that I pay bc we (kids & I) live here such as electric, gas, cable telephone, his car insurance that I maintain bc vehicle is in my name still...he wont pay them and is only doing this to make life difficult for me bc he thinks if it gets awful enough without him I will let him come back, now I can call them all and see what happens now for me to keep up on them...anyone else have this?

they are the cable bill/dsl/phone, and electric and gas for our house. They are in his name but I live here and pay them and need them turned on, lol.....not sure what else but I know there are more....

I told him I need them and of course he said yeah yeah I'll give them to you, then hung up. His answer to everything is "let me move back and delay the divorce and you can have it all."

Can I call verizon and PSEG and get new accounts in my name without paying the balance in his name?:help

Just an idea and don't know if it would work for you. I have all the utilities, etc. set up online and also still get a paper bill. That way you would have a bill and he would get the paper bill forwarded to him. You might want to try it.
