Hey IPT - I replied in another thread.... but I wanted to say something to you in regards to this: IPT - you CAN! AND you WILL !!!! In fact you are actually doing this:
IPT is letting go and is dealing with the way it ended all in his own way and his own time!
If we don't deal with things as they come... they stay inside of us and become toxic... even more so than at first - because we left it 'un-treated'. I'm living proof of that one! Didn't deal with the toxicity after my exah..... and had 2 more addicts after him!!!!! You better believe I'm dealing with it now... and some!!!!!
Truth is I DO NOT WANT HER BACK...but I can't fully let go of or deal with the way it ended either.
