Update on daughter
I have not posted in sometime, but I thought I wold give you all an updae on my daughter. She is still living in the half way house and has a job. She has turned 19 since I last posted. She is doing very well in her recovery and hits 6 months clean this week. We have struggled with her mental illness problems, but with the help of therapist she works on getting better. I am so proud of her. 6 months ago I had the perfect family (or so I thought). I am praying that my family is able to heal and that we can build stronger relationships with each other.

Sounds like lots of progress being made. Happy for you !
It takes time to get out of fear, worry and build trust. Today I choose to do this with my own son who is home for one week from his sober living home.
