183 Pleasurable Activities to Choose From

I thought I would share this PDF file with my SR family. It is a list of tons of "feel good" activities to choose from. Feel free to add more to this thread by sharing your own favorites! I'm on a kick right now with finding what's awesome and what feels good. I'm so used to knowing what doesn't!! :lmaohttp://drsgoldstein.com/Documents/18...ose%20From.pdf

Very nice link! That is a lot of things!

Tonight, I turned on my ipod and I'm listening to DMB's new album on the stereo, fire is going, neck roll, and a candle has been lit. The vibe is just right!

All of my senses are being met!

Great post, Breakingfree. The best way for me to get out of myself, to shake off the blues or depression, is to just get out there and DO something fun for myself.

Having fun when you really don't want to is just what the doctor ordered.

Wow, that is a comprehensive list! I was trying to find something they missed. Haha. I don't think getting a pedicure is on the list. I've only gotten one twice in my life but they are pretty wonderful.

Kari,
I've only had one pedi in my life and you're right, they are amazing!!! I don't think I've ever felt so pampered before! :)
