Hi Everyone...

Well have started to make some plans and date...I am going to go to Thailand, destination Bangkok. Probably not until the end of Feb. seems to be the best time weather wise. There will be some friends there already, I will be going with my man friend. See I am still calling him a friend! Just have this wall that I can't let down....I think sometimes I am playing games with myself...

That sounds like a wonderful trip Rose, be sure to take pictures and bring us a few.

Calling him your "friend" sounds, to me, like keeping it on a level playing field with a touch of caution thrown in. Besides, most great relationships begin with friendships.

Did you imagine, say 5 years ago, that your life would be this good today?

Oh no...never did I imagine 5 years ago I could be making plans like this, my only hope then was to one day laugh again. You can always hold hope for your loved one sick in the midst of addiction, but you can never give up on your ownself. That is a big step!
