Language of Letting Go - March 11 - Letting Go of Confusion You are reading from the book The Language of Letting Go Letting Go of Confusion Sometimes, the way is not clear. Our minds get clouded, confused. We aren't certain what our next step should be, what it will look like, what direction we are headed. This is the time to stop, ask for guidance, and rest. That is the time to let go of fear. Wait. Feel the confusion and chaos, and then let it go. The path will show itself. The next step shall be revealed. We don't have to know now. We will know in time. Trust that. Let go and trust. Today, I will wait if the way is not clear. I will trust that out of the chaos will come clarity. It was right here at SR that I learned that doing nothing was an action, that sometimes the wisest thing to do was simply wait until the answer was clear. That was an important lesson for me, waiting and asking for guidance instead of acting like a Tasmanian devil and barging ahead full steam. Hugs |
I'm in a confusing place right now with AD. This is a good reminder and choice for me to make. My own magical, magnifying mind catastrophizes things until I have a whole fiction novel in my brain to react to, and the decisions made based on that are never productive. |
"Down time" often seems like we're doing nothing but I've also learnt it's really important to wait at times and not do something for the sake of it or do something because I'm feeling "uncomfortable". |
My 1st sponsor told me that sometimes you have to "Don't do something, just sit there" I needed to learn to be still and QUIET so I could hear that guidance! thanks for posting this - good reading. HUGS, Rita |
