I can't wait, any news? A little baby mooselet is just what we need to brighten this place up.

I'm pacing right next to Cats, wearing a hole in the floor.

How is Mr. Moose holding out? We're walking with him too.

Oh, so excited for Moose and her family! I talked with her this a.m. and the little mooselet is a ...

Now c'mon y'all? Do you really think I'd steal her thunder?

She was excited and everyone was doing fine. We laughed because at a time such as this, wouldn't you think our dysfunctional families could at least act normal? Well, of course not... .

Stay tuned. I'm sure the proud Moose will be around real soon to give us all the details. In fact, we were talking so fast this a.m. with limited time that I forgot to ask the baby's name. Well, duh....of course....first name: Little; middle name: Moosey. That's a no brainer, wouldn't you say?

Sorry sorry, sorry...I got wrapped up in something that had NOTHING to do with a baby.

Anyway:
Aiden James
5# 1 oz. 18 inches long (3 weeks early)
Blond hair
Cute as a button
Mom and baby doing well.
Hopefully I'll post a pic tomorrow.

Hugs and thanks for all the prayers

Welcome to the world, baby small,
And to the wonder that surrounds us all.
Sleep now baby, rest and dream.
Make your wishes by star’s light and moon’s beam,
Safe and sound in Mommy’s embrace,
May your life be full of grace.

Congrats!!!!! Oh the joy of becomming a grandma. For me, it was so much better than becoming a parent, no painful delivery! They are the best Moose. When you look into their innocent little eyes, nothing else matters.

Love, Hugs and Prayers sent to all.

Have the bus ready to go. Surely the new mama and daddy won't be too upset when they get home from the hospital and we're all sitting in their living room.

"Hey, let me hold him."

"No, my turn, my turn!"

"Give him here, he's reaching for me!"

"Come to Auntie Hangin'...coochie coochie coo."

Maybe we should rethink this. They'd probably appreciate it more if we just load up the bus with baby supplies.

Okay, I just threw in huggies, baby wipes and grits. (Grits are the baby cereal of the south. )

Can't wait to see a pic of little Aiden!

As I recall, Gramma Moose is NOT real fond of grits... .neither was Ann. Perhaps you should start working on Aiden Mooselet now so that he can develop a taste for the finer things...

(((Moose)))

I'm a southern girl, and I don't like grits either. Guess he's too little for fried chicken, huh?

Hugs and prayers!

Impurrfect.... I KNOW you just did NOT write that you are from the south and don't like grits.

If I were a moderator, I think I'd just have to delete that comment. (Guess that's why HP didn't give me much power. "I'm powerless".... In fact, I'm blessed that He just let's me post on this place.)

Ok, so it's alright that you don't like grits. Prior to recovery, I probably wouldn't have been able to put that in writing.

We can give Little Moosey Gerber cereal. Whatever his little heart desires....bless his little baby heart.
