YouTube - Hate me [Blue October]
It appealed to me when I first heard it on the RS. Eventually AH in rehab has said this song is so true for him.
Messed up song, but so true. It brings me to tears everytime I hear it....Twisted as it is, but not so twisted for those of US on this site. To the outside world it is I suppose. Addiction is so sad for all involved.

Dang girl.
I use to repeat this song over AND OVER again in '06 during rehab. I use to think...this f*ckin song is about rehab.
Still painful to hear. But yeah...by far the one song that cuts me deep.

In this video look at his crazy actions, the blood on his fingers from playing the guitar, the crazy head nodding. "playing movies in my head that make a porno feel like home." WTH am I dealing with here. SERIOUSLY THis is turning into chatroom $hit I see. But AH has talked about this song repeatedly. I found it first 1.5 years ago, but now he "gets" it. Who knew.

I can honestly say, all these many years later, that those lyrics are really only part of it, but give non addicts a fair representation of the h*ll we end up in.
You can also add to that those of us that wanted to commit suicide by homicide ie get someone so p**s*d at one's self that they would kill one. I know I tried that also.
Having been on both sides of the street ................................... neither side is pretty and both sides end up in h*ll.
That's why we are all here ........................... not ony to get out of the h*ll but to learn how to not go back.

Latte.....thanks thats the other song I was looking for!!!! I love that one and when I'm stressed I will listen to all three How do I let go, what I cannot change and when you love someone like that..........
