Joey said to me during the week " if anything happens I just cannot do anymore jail time. If you don't hear from me for awhile, don't worry I am going to stay with dad."
I cannot believe my ex would allow him to stay there ( with him at his cousins ) if he knows Joey is running from the law.
I guess I should call again even though I don't really want to talk to him.
I kind of feel like I am jumping the gun here, he could just be at wk release & not calling. Then again I know ihim, if he doesn't call something is wrong.
I don't know what to do.
Nothing I guess.

(((ROZIED)))) Sometimes I think we hope against hope for our loved ones and wonder what are they thinking, how can they do this? You know it is the addict speaking or acting out and not the person you love deep inside.
I think staying busy is the best thing for you right now. You need to look out for you right now too and take a deep breath. Because as much as you want for him to be better it doesn't look like he is ready. So prepare yourself more for this and know you can't control this no matter how much you would like too.
