OT Court today
 

Hello all,
Well today was court, and it was postponed again for another 45 days. The judge gave us 2 figures that he thought was fair for settlement, well my son, his dad and lawyer turned it down and offer me $1,000. I was willing to take alot less than I am owed along with a letter saying he was sorry, but it was a no go again.
Thank you all for your support, will be back asking for it next time.

Pam, I'm so sorry. The delays must be so difficult. You have a solid recovery and I know you will be able to put it aside and live each day, but it sure would be nice to close this chapter. Hugs.
