I'm sorry you're sad, but I think it's great you and your mom are so close.

As for the mop...I'm still laughing at the visual in my head I have to mop, every night, at work and it's a wonder I haven't injured myself or someone else.

You do have a great relationship with your mom! Cards, phone calls, emails, IM, text messages... there are ways to keep it going without face to face!
