Well, I am putting my words into actions. AH just called from rehab and he has papers that need to go to his HR dept. to return to work and needs to call to be made to HR. He called and was like, "hey you need to ...yada, yada." And then he said, "Okay?" I said calmly, "No. Not okay". You have the papers, it is your responsibility. You have the phone numbers, you can make the calls. You are perfectly capable of handling these things yourself now." I could tell he was stunned, but he then stammered, "uh, okay then."

WHOPEE! That felt good. I didn't step in and "take care of everything".
