Sending you hugs and prayers. Seems you can really use some.
I have an idea to help protect your parents, why not wait until the last minute to tell your son and ex NO!!!! and than have your parents come to your house or if you have siblings have them go to one of their houses. This way he can not reach them. You are right they deserve peace at their age.
You are doing great and your recovery is really showing.
