Aww, Amy, sorry hon, you know I think our angels look out for us when stuff happens that come from innocent mistakes, especially when we were busy doing good for others...

At least you didn't get hurt... Cars, Money there area always solutions to those problems.

For someone trying to avoid drama at all costs, I keep getting drawn into it.
Got cussed out by a coworker (in the dining room of our restaurant, in front of customers). She was told to clock out and go home...refused...cussed out my boss. I kept trying to walk away from her. She got me cornered, got in my face (within 4 inches), finger in my face, and was cussing and threatening me. I put my hands on her shoulders and gently pushed her out of my face and she came back swinging. Cops were called and she was told to leave.
Now, I may be suspended or fired because I put my hands on her first. I have to work 3rd shift because I'm borrowing stepmom's car and she needs it during the day, so choices are limited.
My mechanic is one of those people I just admire...calm, tremendous faith, good sense of humor. Just found out his daughter is an addict...MIA for 4 years. I stopped and talked to him on the way home and got some ES&H. Have also called my f2f friends.
I won't use, but feeling just a bit overwhelmed right now. My friend Cathy says God tests us to show us how strong we are...we cry, we drown ourselves in a gallon of ice cream, then we go on. I'm trying!

Done - no, never heard of it.
Rashue...I'll keep that in mind. Heck, dad and I were up that way when we went to New York a few weeks ago.
Thanks again, everyone. On my way to work, and hoping I get to stay there. Chances are good, since there is no one else to work my shift?! I'll check in tomorrow!

I'd say you sure are being tested. Keep the faith, sweetie. You'll get through this, just like you have before. I think the ice cream idea is a good one. How about one of those crazy Ben & Jerry's flavors. They should have one called "Stressed out Swirl". Hey, maybe I should submit that.LOL
