Walkin a rocky road

Absolutely nothing to add to all the wise words here. I just am sooooooo glad that you are getting over your little relapse in recovery and working on you again. I've missed seeing you here!! I know I need this place and my Naranon group to make sure that I don't slip back to old ways. My recovery isn't just about the addict...i see the positive change in all aspects of my life and I don't want to loose that.
Big hugs and tons of prayers for you all.

I applaud you for going through with this. I somewhat know how you feel. I have a jobless heroin-addicted brother who expects me to support him and parents who expect me to do just that. I work two jobs and have to pay for university and his bills just keep piling up. I reached my boiling point today, bought a $500 bag with the money I usually use to pay his bills, and then joined this forum to rant about him. LOL. My prayers are with you and hopefully your daughter, her boyfriend and his brother will get their asses out of the couch and seriously start looking for work! lol.
