Well, I haven't been around much, but yesterday I got more news about my brother.

Mommy & Daddy gave him his truck back (it was in getting repaired after he ran a stop sign and t-boned a car) and he just got picked up for possession the other day. Of what, I don't know. But really, it doesn't matter. He is still freeloading off them, living at home, not working, other than running drugs.

I have been doing very well with keeping my space. But today I am just mad, and sad.

Day after day after day, my parents chooce my lying, cheating, drug addicted brother over me. It hurts so much. We can't celebrate holidays together anymore. We can't go play cards with them. I can't just phone and talk to my parents and see how life is.

Everyday I start to resent them more and more. My parents are wonderful, caring, generous people. So much that it is a fault, I now see.

Some days I think I hate them more than my brother.

I understand how your feeling. I see my mother-inlaw doing the same with her son. She enables him to no end, and is pushing her other children away with the same behaviors. Sorry for your pain. Wish I could offer more.

I know the feeling..........I talk to my parents on the phone and go home for emergencies only with my parents or my nieces and nephews.......I had to distance myself totally because I was literally tearing me up inside Good Luck and God Bless!
