Need prayers quick !!
I have a phone interview for a job in 10 minutes. I've put it all in my HPs hands - if this is the right job for me, then it will unfold gently and I'll know it. All of a sudden I am nervous and worried that I will get tongue tied and not say the right things...
It could be a great opportunity. At the very least it will be a good test of my resume and interview skills.

Thank you thank you. I felt that peace come over me just when I needed it!
The conversation went well, and we're on to the next step in the process. I had good answers to her interview questions, and it seems to be a good solid growing company. We agreed to talk again in a few weeks and do a more formal interview since I'll be at a trade show all of next week.
Thanks again - those prayers really do make a difference.

(actually, I was kind of thinking the same thought.... YOU TONGUE TIED???? You always seem to have the right words, at the exact time,...to me....)

Gee, you didn't give me much notice. You have to remember that I'm a senior citizen and I need advance notice in order to genuflect.
I hope the interview went well. I, personally, never interview well because I talked wayyyyy too much. In fact, I have found myself interviewing the interviewer. That's not good is it?
Mr. Dev always said we had to buy our own business in order to keep me employed. Biggg mouth!!

I worked late and missed out on the prayerathon, but I'll add my own for the future interview and process.
Now, like Hangin' and Moose, I've met you, and I don't think you'd get tongue tied, I think you'd just roll off the answers like silk....but you didn't say what this job was for. If it was for synchronized swimming, well you'd be a shoe in, no doubt about it. I have proof, I have pictures and I'd put my money on you anyday

Now Ann made a good point. We're just praying all over the place for this job which we know nothing about.
All I know is that IF it was for the snychronized swimming position, I do pray that you put on a bathing cap, complete with the nose pincher thingamajig, before the interview.
And Cats, you know good and well your Northern Retreat buddies know your gift of gab comes in handy in more ways than one. I'm sure you turned on the charm in the interview.

Sorry I'm late, but at least I can say prayers for the NEXT meeting! Whenever I've had to face something I'm scared of, and don't have time to come here and ask for prayers, I just imagine all of you being right there with me....it works like a charm
