My Dakota is having her port removed tomorrow - PRAYERS PLEASE
Dakota is having her port removed tomorrow YAY!!! However, I am a wreck (happens every time they put her under) and I know how much she objects to getting the gas mask placed over her little face. So tomorrow is like a bittersweet .. please, again I ask for prayers for her.

Hugs and prayers for you and Dakota. That is GREAT that she's getting her port removed!!! I know it's stressful for both of you, but at least it's for something positive!
You have 3 beautiful children and they are so blessed to have you as their mom!

Hugs and prayers. Hopefully you'll all be able to celebrate this FINAL episode in her illness - since she is now disease free she won't NEED another port!
More hugs for all

Praying all will go smoothly for her, the drs, nurses and assistants will have skilled hands to the best job, in the least painful way for Dakota, that it will be a quick recovery and most of all that your HP will comfort you with that loving, gentle peace.
HUGS, (Hope, Unity, Gratitude, Serenity)

great pictures - love those cuties!!

Passion,
Just try to rest assured knowing this is a small little procedure, in fact, it's a quick procedure, and afterwards it's going to be liberation day with that port long gone!
Hallaluah!
Hugs to you, and your little sweetie...

Actually it is called a port-a-cath = It is an implanted device through which her blood was withdrawn and her chemotherapy medicines were infused so that she didn't have to endure or be tramatized by repeated needle sticks.
My little girl on the left (Savanna is almost 5) Dakota is in the middle and she is almost 4, Elijah is her twin brother
