Anyone miss me??

Just joking. I was in the hospital. Had a minor heart attack during church on Sunday. Testing came back fairly well, but the doctor told me "stress will kill you". That plus my genetics! Got to ride in an ambulance, the whole 9 yards. I have taken care of many people w/ chest pain, but I assure you, chest pain is the worst! It is not like the anxiety I've felt before and wondered if the flutters, short of breath, was a chest pain. Anyway, I'm still around.

Still no word from AD--3 weeks today. There are still postcards and letters coming from atty's. One post card say "Life your warrants" so I am assuming she didn't take care of the ticket. What a surprise!

Hope everyone is well, I'm going to start reading now. Hope I haven't missed out on any good news!

Susan,
I'm so sorry you were in the hospital and in under such stress that it caused your heart attack. My prayers are with you and that you are able to listen to your doctors.

Susan, What a scare, huh? I am so glad that you are okay. This summer when I found out that my cholesterol was really high, I started to eat right and take a statin drug and walk for a half hour everyday no matter what the weather. Heart problems run in my family too. You take care of yourself. You have to remember that you won't be any good to Kasey or anyone else if you don't take care of you. When those negative thoughts start to creep in, Yell at them to STOP and then try to focus on something positive. Hugs, Marle

Hey ... I've sometimes asked my Higher Power to please send me messages IN ENGLISH, written on the SIDE OF A MOUNTAIN!!! (because I am so dense, you know).

Sounds to me like your Higher Power is sending a pretty LOUD message... go easy, Susan. Take care of you so you CAN be around to take care of others later. No need to stress about the loved ones... HP has them, too!

I am very glad you are feeling better... but do take care. ((hugs))

Oh, dear, take care of yourself in a serious way - this is just the 'excuse' you need to put yourself first on a daily basis.

((((Susan))))

I have missed you, but have been sending you good thoughts, hugs and prayers all along.

I agree with everyone else....I know you can't eliminate the stress totally, but this is a HUGE sign that you need to take care of you. I'm really glad you're okay, now, but even a "mild" heart attack is nothing to take lightly and you know that

Hugs and prayers!

Amy

Susan, honey....you are saying MILD heart attack during church?? Lordy, gal, I'd be milking it for all it's worth! Can't cook, can't clean, can't work, can't do anything but sit and watch whatever or read or lounge....you get the picture?

Seriously, I am so glad you are okay. As one little lady in my meetings says, "You must take healthy care of yourself." So I see some major stress relieving activities are in your future. Please, do whatever it takes to take care of you.

And of course we missed you!

Hugs and prayers for a very loose feeling in your chest...,

Susan, man o' man. When you take a break, you really take a break.
I was wonderin' where you've been and now I know. Geesh, a heart attack.
I'm so glad your gonna be okay. You had better start taking better care of yourself, lady! That's a direct order from an ol' mother goose who, if she doesn't start taking better care of her own self, will get to see the inside of an ambulance herself, someday. You get well real soon, and for heaven sakes, take it easy.

Here....these are for you. Now get well!
