kris - so happy for you!! its about time they caught the sob. definately get a lawyer and bug the crap out of the DA - push them to get him on ALL the charges. i'm so glad your safe, let us know what happens.

Ok, here's what I know so far. The Federal Warrant served on him was listed as
"Confidential" through the State's Attorney....probably because of the nature of the case and the fact it was still under investigation or something like that, but it was the
Federal warrant which allowed them to cross state lines and arrest him.......which happens to be a good thing because that's where the kidnapping charge comes in. More to follow as I know more.

I will continue to keep myself safe because It's true.......it ain't over till it's over.

well, as long as the feds are involved, it's definitely not a misdemeanor! I'm glad you're still being careful, but darn grateful the SOB is behind bars!

Sorry I am getting this late. Haven't been on much. So glad that they got him. Now I only pray that they charge him with all the charges. Keep safe, we don't want anything happening to you girl!!!! You are to special to so many of us.
