OT- Dakota has her 3 mo off treatment scans tomorrow morning
Well its that time again. Dakota is due for her 3 months off treatment scans on Jan the 3rd .. she will be there for pentamidine drip, physical examine, blood work, (chest, abdomen, pelvis scan), chest xray and urine test. I am, of course, feeling nervous, physically sick to my stomach and well, worried. I know I shouldn't be, but I would be a liar if I said I wasn't. I am weepy ... I feel extremely anxious and well, down-right fragile.
My hope is in the scripture that the Lord gave me only a few days before I found out Dakota had cancer
Psalm 30:5 'Weeping last for a night, but joy cometh in the morning'
I will hold onto that with all of my heart and believe that everything will be fine and I will be grateful and thankful to the Lord for he is good and his love and mercy endures forever.
I will humbly ask you, my friends and family to please lift her up in your prayers to be and remain cancer-free.

My prayers are going to Dakota that everything goes well for her and that she is calm for her treatment. Prayers to you that you will be able to get through this day with minimal stress.

I was hoping you'd post another picture of her
Seeing her adorable face and thinking about all she's come through so far, just makes my heart smile. She may not understand she is surrounded by good thoughts and prayers (as are you) but I'm hoping she feels it.
