merry christmas guys and gals :)

just wanted to check in and say hi...
the past few days around my house and been up and down.
some good, some bad, some realllll bad. I've been working 'alot' and haven't posted lately. but i have of course came here each night!!

i leave to go to my Dad's in florida tomorrow and wanted to wish everyone a WONDERFUL HOLIDAY!!! my co-dependant self will be back from florida on Christmas day in order to make my mother happy...agghhh...but owell. i will drive on xmas day to keep the peace.

btw...i am going alone. no AD. she is going to her dad's!! i feel horrible that i don't feel horrible about not taking her!! (confuses me too!) i am looking forward to a few days with no job to worry about, no dogs to worry about ,and no addicted daughter to worry about. back to reality tuesday night, but until then three days of peace!!!

so happy holidays everyone!! i hope yours is peaceful, enjoyable and spent with your loved ones...S

Isn't it the most craziest feeling to be glad that you're NOT in the chaos, even just for a little while? It's OK too. It's ok to have peace and quiet and enjoy it, just for ourselves.

Ahhhhh peace....that's all I want for Christmas. Whenever anyone asks me what I want I say, "peace and joy" I'm so glad you are having some much deserved peace.

Drive safely and have a wonderful time. That's one way to let go of your troubles....give them to somebody else
