Pioneers in Recovery - Novi, MI - Oct
Don't know if this is appropriate for the Forum, so someone please tell me if it's not. 
Just found out about a Pioneers In Recovery, Oct 10 - 12th in Novi, MI.
The Symposium attracts mostly therapists, but for those of us in "helping" professions and those of us who research, reasearch, research, you might be interested in attending. I attended a couple of years ago and learned SO MUCH.

The Meadows is proud to present the “Pioneers in Recovery” Annual Symposium, including presentations by Pia Mellody; Claudia Black, PhD, MSW; Terrence Real, LICSW; John Bradshaw, MA; Maureen Canning, MA, LMFT; and Bessel A. van der Kolk, MD. This dynamic event will feature the insights of the speakers as they share their philosophies, treatment techniques, and skills regarding such issues as trauma, addictions, relationships, healthy sexuality, codependence, spirituality, and family systems.
