Gwen has called. She is doing OK and sounds quite upbeat.

THE RULES

Do not send stamps. She gets her stamps, paper, 'munchies', minutes on her calling card, etc at the commissary. She has money in her account.

No more than 5 letter pages in an envelope.

Envelope must have return address on it.

No fancy cards with spangles or extras.

In other words.................................Keep It Simple, lol

She is starting to get mail finally and is happy about that. She is also starting to send out some mail, her first letter to me will be here hopefully tomorrow and I have promised her I will post it.

As I said she is doing OK and has been able to talk with her kids several times a week by phone which is helping a lot.
