OT- grandma -ME
I'm going to be a GRANDMA!
Oh I am soooooo excited! I'll get to devote all my codie tendancies to someone who can use them, and I want even have to feel guilty about it.
Tony (My Oldest) and Nakia called me as soon as it was confirmed. I'll get to laugh and cuddle and spoil, then I get to send them back home for their mom and dad to handle.
I can't wait. She's only two months along and I want that baby to be popped out NOW! LOL
Just had to share.

I'll wager it will be a girl. My family tends to change genders each generation, mostly boys then mostly girls, it's in the girl phase for my kids generation. Not to mention my son has said he is petrified if it's a girl instead of a boy, he wants a big brother to look after a little girl. Because he's petrified of it, it will probably be a girl, that's just the way it is in our family, we usually have to face our worst fears.
I don't care myself which it is, just healthy.
Babies are just so innocent and sweet and trusting and loving, they make me feel like something is right with the world.

Congrats Frankly,
I am so happy for you, and you are right babies do make you feel like something is right in the world. I know the baby will be spoiled and you can really spoil it and send it home to mommy and daddy. Fill it up with sugar and say bye bye. Let them have the fun.

Frankly, I am so excited for you right now. I became a grandma in Feb. of this year. She is almost 6 mo's. old and what a precious baby she is. I just adore her.
My son and dil waited a long time for her. They were married nine yrs. before she was born. We thought they would never get pregnant. My son was a marine in the first gulf war and he was in those oil fires in Kuwait. We were afraid something went wrong.......but I prayed a long time for my little grandaughter and here she is.
You are in for a lot of fun.
