One of the things I have learnt as an addict when I get tempted is "to play the movie to the end". In other words, instead of focussing on the relief and good times I sometimes had when using, I focus on the crashing, the lying, the humiliation that was the dowen side of using. I focus on the disaster that follows the high.

Perhaps you can do the same. Focus on all the hurt he has caused, and the reason you no longer want to be with him. Sometimes a focus on the negative allows me to emerge positive about the decisions I have made in about quitting my drug.
