I feel good today. Quit smoking 4 hours ago. I feel ready. Also made an appointment for Wednesday to get all my tests done. I am ready to take charge of my health. I want to live as long as my youngest dog does and he is 2 and since he is a chihuahua I figure that means he has another 16 years left

I am going to get on my feet and talk to the Dr. about Chantix. I hear great things about it. I missed whether you were getting assistance with stop smoking or doing it on your own.
