taking the long way home by susan gordan lydon.

i just read it this weekend. it is about a woman who struggles with her idenity, addiction, culture clashes, recovery and rebuilding her life and relationships.

i really enjoyed it

i like a million little piece and my friend leonard by james frey
the velteen woman becoming real (i'm still reading it; it has really help[ed with my step work

One of my favorite inspirational books is Way Of The Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman. This week I rented the movie Peaceful Warrior that was based on the book, I thought it was wonderful. The last few minutes where Dan is doing his routine on the rings sent chills up my spine.

I remember both those too. I also remember trying to mnake a still out back to make moonshine and failing miserably. Hmm, this probably isn't the right place to mention that...
