my first al allon meeting tonight
 

tonight i am goin to my first al allon meeting :) i am exctied not really neverous but anitpating sumthim im goin with a postive out look and expections that i can learn and grow and help myself with this co dependency thing and have a better understanding of not only my issues but my addict bf as well..

my prayers are with you.alot of time we go to our meetings & do not have an open mind.sometimes it takes awhile for us to feel at home & to be able to share.i am glad you have a postive attitude about all of this.attitude means alot.hugs,

Hope that your meeting is a good one. If not what you expect, you still will take something away from it and you will truly bring something to it. Just your being there may touch another and make their day.
Try a few meetings and my hopes are that each one is wonderful for you.

They say to attend at least 6 times before you make a decision if the program is right for you. it took that long for me. A few yrs. later I can say it has transformed me. Let us know about your mtg..
