My sponsor tells me to "let go" and she usually means "outcomes". I do not have to let go of people, or situations or even my involvement in a situation (tho I do need to tread lightly, sometimes).
But I cannot presume to know the outcome... orr even if a particular outcome is "right". THAT is what gets me twingled up most of the time.

We all struggle sometimes. I struggle with fear and sometimes with faith. I took 4 days this weekend to have flat out down time (try it sometime with a young dog around.. who was I kidding?). Seriously tho.. I needed time alone with myself for ME.
I have started reading a new book.. and I love to read but have struggled with this since XABF left last October. I think this 4 days is helping a LOT. I am reading!
Nothing is perfect. Every human being struggles with something I believe.. rich or poor.. educated or not.. co dependent or not.. I believe that every human being is faced with something in their lives which they think "if only..."
We are all connected.
Hope you are feeling some better today. My cat has been laying in the sun today.. working on his tan (or so I have accused him!).

Whatever the case, I'm keeping you in my prayers that your HP will show you a steps to take to resolve this problem.
And LOVE the picture! Your smile radiates. I don't know where this was taken, but everyone looks like they were having a good time! Makes me wish I had been there.
