Wow alot has happened today. Well cinder finger crossed this will work. If not it wasnt for lack of effort thats for sure. Well I am pretty sure I got the job I will find out today by 9pm the guy said he was very pleased I looked professional and spoke well. As I was in the interview I put enough $ in the meter for 1hr and I was watching the cop wait at the meter that expired at 11am and at 1101am me and the guy that was interviewing me watched me get a ticket. He felt bad and I said for the 25 bucks it cost me the interview better have been worth it. We both laughed so I will wait and see. Its something kinda new something I have never done b4 but who knows I wont be chained to a desk and I might really like it. Its for a major phone company and I will be working out in the field. I might like it I might not wont know til I try. Still having a slight headache so been laying down.

now, my ah is getting a lot of these notices of insufficient funds, he's already got 8 yrs probation, i don't know if he knows how this should effect his probation, would you tell him mom to let him know about this or would you just leave it alone. these are cash withdrawals, would this be treated like bad checks?

i had insufficient check charges yrs ago and that wasn't something that was easy to get through. i almost went to jail for that.

Hey guys this is off topic but I just wanted to say I just got my first paycheck as the office manager and god after taxes its $200. more I bring home.

My abf pointed out something to me last week when he was having a moment of clarity. He said god is working with you. Before you were traveling 3 hours everyday and then you found a position for you only a few blocks from ym daughters school and my moms house and then within several months you get this huge promotion. he said god had his hands in all of this. And you know its so true I kept reminding myself all of these things this week when I am feeling crappy. Things may not be what I want or exactly how I want to live but he sure does have his fingers in things.

Cindi, I think your HP has given you a way out in regards to getting them out of the house. And in doing so you are getting to show him one last time you care, and he'll also get help in the process. What he chooses to do with the help, participation, working his recovery, etc., will be up to him. But no matter what happens, you'll get closure. Prayers that everything works out smoothly for everyone involved.

Teke just return them back just put no person at such address that way the bank will know hes not living there and maybe just inform his mom that u returned them and that he needs to contact the bank. That way your out of it. U dont have an acct at that bank do u? Sometimes banks have been known to go into the spouses sperate acct and take out money so just be careful.

I dont know Teke, id leave it alone.
My AH has 3 accounts each over $800 insufficient and charged off and 15 outstanding checks from 18 months ago.

and I thanks to him stealing and in this state its not considered stealing, my debit card 2 years ago a negative balance of 1100 dollars, its just on my credit.

When Ah was on probation he was charged with 2 misdemenors of bad checks and nothing happened he paid a misdemenor fee

No, Lol Im A Car Dealer, Isnt That On The Other End Of The Law. I Just Know From Paying My Kids Overdrafts On Their Debit Cards, Which Is A Rip Off, Another Way For The Bank To Pick Up Fees, Think About It Its An Electronic Transaction, They Know If You Have A Balance, But They Pay It And Charge You The Fee, If You Have A Credit Card They Wont Let You Charge Over You Limit, But The Banks Love It.

thats great jewelz, i wouldn't say anything either, like kj said that may mean to abf that he can cut back on what he contributes to the household. save, all you can.

cinder, i admire you and your mil, you guys seems to come up with all kinds of good plans to help them help themselves. i hope all of this works out for ya
