Pain is our teacher
Pain teaches us something. Without the pain, we can't enjoy the good times of life. Without suffering we can't get stronger. Without tears we can't smile as brightly.
When you are feeling pain, remember that there will be a light at the end of the tunnel and you WILL be stronger for it. When you cry let your tears guide you.
Most importantly remember that when youa re hurting.. at least we can FEEL, which our addicts can't even do anymore. That is a gift. Feeling means we are alive..and that is a good thing.
