Hey, Luna! Looks like you're relatively new here so I wanted to extend my personal welcome. Well, it sounds like a good old fashion case of denial here. If he managed to stay clean for 8 months which is a huge accomplishment and has found himself back into using then it's probably difficult for him to admit that he's failed for the moment. My exAGF was clean for years and has only recently relapsed full out but NOBODY can tell her she's an addict! She just doesn't believe it and to prove her point she says to us "If I was clean for 9 yrs. I can certainly do it again if I want to!" Yeah, whatever. . .you know the truth, Luna. It's plain as day and when he reaches the point where he's willing to admit the truth too then he can begin his recovery as will you. You're both in my prayers and keep coming back! Good luck
