I still can't find the rest of my post. Someone stole it!! I had a point I was making too dag nab it. Now......it's sadly lost in cyber space.......just like all my old threads.

teke, I dont think it would be so bad camping. I was taking a look at pictures and what places have to offer and it seems ok. Why dont you look at camp sites in the carolinas as well and maybe both of us doing it we could come up with something.

teke just go to google.com and then put in your search. I put in Camping in north carolina and came up with a whole bunch of places. But I think we need someone also with camping expereince.

Ok.........there are some pretty cool tents out there.....and for a cool $40, you can buy an air conditioner for your tent.
Now...........on to toilets........just kidding........all you need is a big tree and a hole in the ground......make sure you go before dark.

K my computers acting up. Jewelz tents arent bad with kids. Its fun. Use airmattresses and its like sleeping at home. Kids sleep so deeply and adults stay up late around campfire. Geta good campsite like KOA campground and bears stay far away from teh people and witha good fire and squito repellant you will not see no bugs. Most expensive campsite is Disneys at $60 a nite and you put to tents on a site. We all should be able to find a place for $35 or 40 a tent site and eat cheapy camp food like burgers beans, potato salad and sandwiches, I was going for cheap.
Used to not care for camping but after Floridfa Hurricane summers with no power, heat doesnt bother me so much just give me a battery operated fan and instant coffee.
Thing Survivor the SR series.
Our kids will either love it or hate it. Last time I went camping we had a cable hook up at the site and brought a TV
By teh way when I lived a summer in NC mountains you really didnt need AC the temp dropped to 60 at night.

About the toilets you take laterns and walk 200 yards to an open all night bathroom and shower facility. Im not talking backwoods camping here. Traditional campgrounds.
Im thinking cheap for those of us on budgets with kids, because the gas alone is gonna be a few hundred for all of us. You in Loves? or should I come capmp down in the swamplands with you, my kids are dying for an airboat ride
