Today was extremely windy here and a flag pole in the school yard blew over and killed her in front of all her little kindergarten classmates. I'm trying to wrap my brain and my heart around this tragedy. What a flook. I feel so bad for her parents...

What a senseless, horrific act from a very, very sick individual. Such pain; may thier HP's lead them in the right direction. I just can't imagine what it would be like to find out that your child was senselessly gunned down when you think they are enrolled in a safe, learning environment.

My youngest sis graduated from Tech about 10 years ago, as did one of my young co-workers. His gf still attends and he was frantic today until he got in touch with her. The situation rocks me to the core and my heart and prayers go out to all who lost loved ones and were affected by the tragedy today.

And a special prayer for that little girl and her family.

My thoughts and prayers were immediately for the families... including the family of the shooter, whomever he may be. I cannot imagine the level of sickness that would result in such a thing. My heart breaks for them.
