IMHO, I would toss them. We are a creative type family and if the creative thing gets lost or messed up, it's easy to just start over again. You obviously don't want contact and he doesn't seem to have missed them...so I say toss in the trash! If there was an award winning pic in there, then it's his loss, not yours.
