Coming full circle. . .
Coming full circle. . .
I wasn't sure if me and my exe's mutual friend had told my exAGF what I said about her living with her exGF. Well, as it happens our friend didn't pass the message because she lost my exe's number. So I've been spared that mistake. In good spirits though I decided to send her and her family a Easter gift just to let them know that I recognize the holiday as a sign of new beginnings. I'm going home for Easter and I don't know if I'll "bump" into my exe or not but if I do, I'm going to keep things friendly and objective. I'm not going to intrude in on her personal life with questions as I hope she won't intrude on mine. Then again I might not see her. . .it'll be interesting to see how that'll make me feel. Just posting a thought.
There is a Green Hill Far Away
There is a green hill far away,
Beyond the city wall,
Where the dear Lord was crucified,
Who died to save us all.
We may not know, we can not tell,
What pains he had to bear;
We believe it was for us
He hung and suffered there.
He died that we might be forgiven;
He died to make us good,
That we might go to heaven,
Saved by His precious blood.
There was no other good enough
To pay the price of sin,
He only could unlock the gate,
Of heaven and let us in.
O dearly, dearly, He has loved,
We must love Him too,
Trust in His redeeming blood,
And try His works to do.
