feeling thankful

I just thought I'd drop this little note to all of you. You all have helped me so much that I can't even begin to tell you. I tried to explain to my husband how much better I feel since coming to SR, but just couldn't get enough graditude into the explaination, I even tried to get him to read some post's.

well thats it just Thank you very much

((((((rahsue)))))))

I know what you mean.
This place has been such a blessing to me.
Its like the "north star" of my recovery...It really is.

Hugs and gratitude right back at ya!!!

rahsue, My husband has commented that I really seem to have my sh*t together as far as our AD goes. In the past I was the big enabler, now he is the one that comes up with ideas for helping her and I have to tell him Woah, slow down buster, that won't work. I agree that these boards have made such a difference in my life. Seeing that others have and are going through the same thing we are makes it easier and this is one experience in life where I WILL listen to other's advice:) Hugs, Marle

rahsue,
I think Sober recovery just points us in a better, saner direction, gives us tools, along with our Alanon, or Naranon meetings. The real truth is, you're feeling better because YOU have those tools available in you toolbox, and know how to use them!

Hugs to you, and Mr. rahsue....

I love SR. I don't know what I would've done without you guys. We have Al-Anon here, but no Nar-Anon, so you guys are it for me.
Thank you Rahsue, for bringing this up; I completely concur.

I feel the same way, so grateful for the help I have gotten here.
Even when I don't come here for a while, just knowing that this place is here waiting makes me feel better.
I know that may sound a little over the top, but I'm sure a lot of people here will agree with me.
I have tried to explain to my mother (who is my brother's enabler) about this place and sometimes words just don't do it. I told her she really needs to get a computer and get on over here (but I'm partly worried my brother may steal the computer).
Thank you, SR, you don't know how much I appreciate you and all of the people here.
