Calgon? Nope, Roadtrip!

Good Morning folks. I'm about to leave for Florida to go celebrate my friend's birthday. It's a much overdue little vacation.

I'll be back Sunday and will fill you in on Monday. Everyone have a great weekend and do something fun that YOU enjoy!!!

Thanks so much all and yes, it was a great weekend. I got to eat at a new Mexican place (yummy), go bowling and shoot about 50 games of pool (my big hobby)! I also ate some delicious chocolate cake (friend's bday cake) and had a relaxing time.

Let me tell you... what a relief it is to be able to go out in public with someone and not have to worry about the "what ifs." When AH and I would venture out, I would always worry about HIS behavior, HIS alcohol consumption, etc. Usually our nights would end with either me being really angry and showing it or me being really embarrassed and not showing it. It really is a terrible way to live isn't it? As my mom recently pointed out, life is hard enough WITHOUT the avoidable and unnecessary stress that an A can bring to it.

So glad you had a great weekend - 50 games of pool - geez - I can't even imagine - I don't even think I could shoot one (especially if we were on a tight time schedule-it takes me forever to get one ball in one of the little pockets-not a good pool player - lol)
