Seriously, theres no way to tell who thanked us?

Im a codie, Im obsessive. I feel the need to find the person who thanked me, thank them for thanking me, offer my assistance to them without them asking, then when they dont thank me again feeding my need for approval, I will get hurt and feel angry..I will find someone else to "help" so that THEY will thank me.
